Andy Williams said it best when he sang “It’s the most wonderful time of the year”, there is a special feeling this time of year, everything is a little brighter and everyone is a little jollier. Our goal at St. Amand Auto & Truck Repair Inc. is to spread Christmas cheer to the community of St Catharines, whether it is giving away turkeys to some lucky customers or providing Christmas wishes to a deserving local family.  This year is no exception, we are in full Christmas force and are looking for donations for a local family.

Perhaps your question isn’t “What can I do to help the year?”, but instead “Who can I help this year?” Simply come into St. Amand Auto & Truck Repair Inc. to add your donation under the tree!

St. Amand Auto & Truck Repair Inc. is proud to be involved in various charities in the Niagara community. This year the “Walkie Talkies” participated in the Rankin Cancer Run and raised $500.00 which goes directly back into the community. We have donated $100.00 to the Jump start program, which gives kids from families in need the same chance to participate in organized sports. We were proud to contribute a front brake job ($300 value) to Fight4Phil, an event with all proceeds donated to Phil Secord’s fight. We also are involved in the local race community, every year we organize a race in memory of Bob “Papa” St. Amand Sr, through donations we were able to raise over $12,000 this year as well as donated to the Pete Cosco Memorial race which all goes directly to local race programs and drivers.  We continue to get the St. Amand Auto & Truck Repair Inc. name out there by donating to numerous stag and does and fundraising events.

Charitable giving=feeling good. It’s actual science and one of the reasons why we feel so good when we donate is because we know who we are donating to. The holiday season is the best time to get social and talk with loved ones about making contributions to local charities.
